• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Personalized or custom ornaments may require 1–3 extra days, depending on the complexity.

• You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Within Canada

We offer flat-rate shipping:

• Standard (3 to 9 business days): $14.90

• Express (1-2 business days): $21.90

🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Pinehaus Co. is not responsible for:

• Delays due to postal carriers

• Lost or stolen packages

• Weather-related delays

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to help.
